Michael Cherenson, APR, Executive Vice President, Public Relations
A 16-year industry veteran and the author of three studies on the impact of reputation, Michael Cherenson is Accredited in Public Relations (APR) by the Universal Accreditation Board and Public Relations Society of America and holds and Advanced Certification in Political Management from Graduate School of Political Management (GSPM) at George Washington University, Washington, DC.
His expertise extends to all disciplines of public relations, including corporate, marketing, internal and crisis communication, government relations, event management and interactive public relations. At Success Communications Group, he serves as a public relations counselor and strategist, and is involved with all public relations activities for the firms' diverse clientele.
In 2006, Cherenson was elected Secretary of the national Board of Directors of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), the world's largest professional organization for PR professionals, with more than 31,000 members. In 2003 Cherenson was elected to a three-year term on the national PRSA Board, were he also served as chair of the PRSA Advocacy Advisory Board, and liaison to the Board of Professional Ethics and Standards and Public Relations Student Society of America.
During his tenure on the Board of Directors, Cherenson co-authored a PRSA study on MBA Programs and their communication curricula. In 2005, Cherenson represented PRSA and the U.S. State Department and its Bureau of International Information Programs on a mission to Croatia, where he served as a keynote speaker at the 6th Annual Croatian Public Relations Association Conference.
An advisory board member to the University of Florida's Department of Public Relations, Fairleigh Dickinson University's Corporate and Organizational Communication Department and Gibbs College, he is a past President of the NJ Chapter of the PRSA, which honored him with its Service Award in 2002.
Cherenson is a graduate of Ithaca College, Ithaca, NY.

Kurt Praschak, Senior Public Relations Manager
A 20-year public relations veteran with expertise in media relations, internal communications, and event planning, Kurt's experience includes clients in the education, real estate, retail, technology, construction, and hospitality sectors. Prior to joining Success Communications Group, he served as corporate communications manager for Panasonic's North American operations. A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University's College at Florham - with a degree in Communications/English - Kurt also has experience as a journalist, newspaper columnist, and freelance writer.
Stacy Harris, Senior Public Relations Manager
Stacy, a former Account Executive with Keyes Martin Strategic Public Relations, was a Johnson & Johnson/MCIS Fellow with the Corporate Contributions Department at Johnson & Johnson's World Headquarters. At Johnson & Johnson, Stacy was responsible for coordinating volunteer activities for all New Jersey employees, as well as overseeing the daily operations of the Johnson & Johnson Volunteer Support Program. Stacy is a Rutgers University honors graduate and holds both a bachelor of arts degree and master degree in communication.
Keri Vanatta, Account Coordinator
Keri has worked in government and politics at the federal, state and local levels. She most recently served as a congressional staff member and campaign consultant. Keri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric and Communication from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Arts degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Kaitlyn Sweeney, Assistant Account Executive
A graduate of Penn State University, Kaitlyn is responsible for providing account management and media relations service to clients in such diverse sectors as retail, higher education, and accounting. Prior to joining Success Communications Group, she was an assistant account executive for a New York City-based public relations firm specializing in financial services. A former intern for Success, Kaitlyn graduated with High Distinction from Penn State’s College of Communications and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations and advertising.
Allison Cassara, Assistant Account Coordinator
Allison Cassara provides day-to-day account management and support to clients in a range of sectors, including higher education, real estate, and health. A Seton Hall University honors graduate, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, with a minor in Writing.
