Prudential New Jersey Properties’ Lucy Thompson Earns GRI
SUMMIT, NJ (January 21, 2004) – Lucy Thompson, a real estate sales associate in Prudential New Jersey Properties’ Summit office, recently earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation by the New Jersey Association of Realtors.

Thompson was awarded the designation after completing 90 hours of classroom instruction, covering subjects such as contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction. Courses are taught by leading real estate instructors from around the country.

“By earning the GRI designation, Lucy has demonstrated that she is dedicated to gaining all of the expertise available to help her clients more effectively,” says Karen Hedges, manager of Prudential New Jersey Properties Summit office.

Individuals completing the program learn the fundamentals of brokerage and other areas of real estate specialization, allowing them to better serve prospective clients and customers.

The Institute is designed to educate practitioners about local, state and national real estate practices that affect them, their clients and customers. The designation indicates to the public that the individual has obtained a professional educational foundation on which to base the services they provide. Prudential New Jersey Properties Team Makes Time for Real Estate and Charitable Work

Melissa Deputy of Prudential New Jersey Properties’ Flemington Office Receives Good Neighbor Award

Prudential New Jersey Properties Middletown Office Moves to New Location
MIDDLETOWN, NJ (January 6, 2004) – Prudential New Jersey Properties, the state’s second largest independent residential real estate company, has announced the relocation of its Middletown office to a new site in the Union Square Shopping Center on Route 35.

Plans call for the move to the new, 4,000-square-foot location, which adds ten additional workspaces to the current office’s capacity, to take place this month. Fully equipped with all of the resources that today’s sales associates need, the office will offer agents wireless network capabilities at every workspace.
