Prudential New Jersey Properties Metuchen Office Spreads Some Cheer for The Sunshine Kids
METUCHEN, NJ (October 11, 2005) - The Metuchen office of Prudential New Jersey Properties recently participated in the 42nd annual Metuchen Country Fair by organizing a booth to raise funds for The Sunshine Kids, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children with cancer through positive group activities.

The Prudential New Jersey Properties booth contributed to the fair’s football theme with the help of 20 Metuchen Pop Warner cheerleaders and football players, ages 12 to 14. Together the group performed approximately 175 cheers in exchange for donations, raising a total of $350, and gave away Sunshine Kids Foundation pins, frisbees, t-shirts and brochures.

“The event was so much fun and we enjoyed meeting our Metuchen neighbors,” says Prudential New Jersey Properties Metuchen Office Manager Dottie Winhold. “The cheers were a great way to get the audience involved in the football theme and show our company’s enthusiasm for this wonderful foundation.”

“Interesting Homes of Princeton” Increases Coverage
Local Real Estate TV Show Now Discusses Princeton Market Trends

PRINCETON, NJ (October 11, 2005) - Prudential New Jersey Properties’ Princeton office sales associates, George Gati and Debbie Lang, have expanded their popular television program “Interesting Homes of Princeton” to include a brief overview of the Princeton real estate market.

Both Gati and Lang volunteer for local Princeton television station TV30, and had created the show to feature distinctive area homes. The program is co-produced and hosted by Gati and Lang. Each episode introduces a new and intriguing home to its viewers, and tells the tale of the house’s history and its owners. In response to many questions and requests posed to the sales associates, Gati and Lang now introduce “Interesting Homes of Princeton” with a brief commentary on the current state of real estate in the Princeton area.

A former owner of his own real estate agency and a licensed broker, Gati brings to the Princeton office more than 20 years of real estate experience. He is an avid videographer and television producer and is a member of the National, New Jersey and Mercer County Associations of Realtorsâ.

Lang has been a real estate professional for more than 19 years. She has served as past president of the Mercer County’s Top Producer’s Association and has received numerous office and company awards for her dedicated work with Prudential New Jersey Properties. A fine homes and relocation specialist, she is a member of the National, New Jersey and Mercer County Associations of Realtorsâ.



“We are glad to bring attention to and answer some questions about the current trends in the Princeton real estate market,” says Gati. “The homes and the community have intriguing stories.”

Prudential New Jersey Properties Summit Office Takes Strides for Cancer Research
SUMMIT, NJ (October 6, 2005) - Prudential New Jersey Properties Summit office sales associates recently participated in The Kaleidoscope of Hope’s Sixth Annual Walkathon 2005 to raise funds for ovarian cancer research and to increase awareness of the disease. The Prudential New Jersey Properties team was among several hundred participants who gathered at the Loantaka Brook Reservation in Morristown to raise more than $50,000 for the organization.

In addition to partaking in the Walkathon, Prudential New Jersey Properties Summit office donated more than 700 water bottles for walkers and funded a portion of the event’s printing fees.

Prudential New Jersey Properties’ participation was arranged through sales associate and volunteer Terry Brannin, who is also President of the North Central Jersey Association of Realtorsâ.
