Prudential New Jersey Properties Sales Associate Holds Fundraiser to Support Melanoma Research
DENVILLE, NJ (November 2, 2006) – Cheryl Calello, a Realtor® with Prudential New Jersey Properties’ Denville Office, is holding a fundraiser November 12 to benefit The Gloria Goldberg Memorial Melanoma Research Fund, in affiliation with The Morristown Memorial Health Foundation.
Taking place inside the ShopRite of Parsippany, at 808 Route 46 West from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., the event is in honor of Calello’s mother, Gloria Goldberg, who passed away nine months ago from this devastating disease. Information on Melanoma will be given out, along with lip balm and sun block for people who donate.
“The fundraiser’s main purpose is to Support Melanoma Research and to educate people about Melanoma and share my mother’s story,” says Calello. “Victims of this disease aren’t always sun worshipers. It’s a puzzling disease and my family and I are happy to do our part to help find a cure.”
