Bedminster PNJP Professionals Team Up for Success
In today’s sizzling real estate market, where homes of every price are selling quickly, a growing number of real estate professionals have discovered that a team approach - combining the skills and resources of two or more agents – can offer even better service.
The Jannone team, which operates out of Prudential New Jersey Properties Bedminster office, is one example of this strategy. Broker/sales associate Brian Jannone initiated the team approach more than 10 years ago. Today, he and his team of six licensed agents -- Jane Wynn, Mary Ann Reh, Marie DeCicco, Gene Messina, Rex Olsen and Jody Berkowitz – and two administrators work together as a well-managed team to provide detailed attention to every aspect of real estate transactions.
“Team marketing is a hugely productive means for buyers, sellers and agents alike,” said Jannone. “Instead of having just one person responsible for handling all of the details of a transaction, a team can offer several agents who can devote time to specific segments. Best of all, since we’re all cross-trained real estate specialists, customers never have to worry about the availability of a particular representative.”
Sharing specific tasks, two members of the team work directly with buyers, another assists strictly with relocation listings, while another member is charged with following up on any new leads.
According to Jannone, the benefits of teamwork are endless and having the people available to follow up on any potential new business is critical to success. "We're never in a position where we lose potential customers because we're unable to provide a prompt response," added Jannone, who noted that his office achieved $25 million in sales last year.
“Plus, with our cutting edge technology and equipment we can deliver innovative marketing and servicing programs to our clients” added Jannone. "For example, when we get ready to market a home, our team can photograph all of the rooms with a digital camera, download the images into the computer and create customized home brochures for prospective buyers. We've received fabulous feedback from clients on the use of this technology."
One of the Prudential Real Estate Network’s annual top associates, Jannone is a Gold Level member of the NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club and a Prudential Chairman’s Circle member at the Platinum level, an achievement that only two percent of Prudential’s’ international network can claim. Contact Brian Jannone and his team of real estate professionals at Prudential New Jersey Properties Bedminster office at (908) 658-4300, or email the team at brian@jannoneteam.com or visit their Web site at www.jannoneteam.com.
