La población de idioma español es proyectada a representar el 40 por ciento de compradores por primera vez de casa

GREEN BROOK, NJ (Febrero 26, 2008) – Mientras el Mercado de bienes raíces aparece estar en lo bajo, Brenda Vasques-Rivera residente de Raritan y agente de bienies raíces- no ha notado la diferencia.

Morristown office to host “Selling Your Home in a Buyer’s Market”
Prudential New Jersey Properties seminar to
provide tips on proactive selling techniques

MORRISTOWN, NJ (February 20, 2008) — Prudential New Jersey Properties’ Morristown office will host, “Selling Your Home in a Buyer’s Market,” a free seminar on real estate selling techniques for today’s market, on March 8 at its 17 Elm Street office.

Open to the public, the seminar will help homeowners adapt to current real estate trends and prepare them for the different facets of the selling process. Hosted by Prudential New Jersey Properties Morristown manager Jeffrey Halpern, the seminar will feature Dan Helmstetter, a home inspector with US Inspects, Michael Resnick, Esq. of Morristown, and Cathy Maloney and Frank Approvato, loan officers with Home Capital Network.

“These speakers have the knowledge and experience to dealing with issues that face today’s real estate market,” says Halpern. “Homeowners will walk away with a better understanding of negotiating techniques, effective pricing, legal aspects, and merchandising a home.”

Pru New Jersey Welcomes Deborah Curley-Reid to New Providence Office
Murray Hill resident brings five years of industry experience


NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ (February 19, 2008) – Prudential New Jersey Properties has appointed Deborah “Debbie” Curley-Reid as a sales associate to its New Providence office. In her new position, Curley-Reid will work closely with home buyers and sellers throughout Union County.

Westfield office raises over $10,500 for the Sunshine Kids Foundation
Prudential New Jersey Properties raffle winners announced

PARSIPPANY, NJ (February 4, 2008) – Prudential New Jersey Properties has raised over $10,500 through a recently held raffle organized by its Westfield sales team to benefit the Sunshine Kids, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing positive group activities throughout North America for children with cancer.

Tickets for “Chance for the Sunshine Kids” raffle sold for $20 each, capping off a successful year of fund raising for the 215 North Avenue office.

“The raffle was a huge success, largely due to the outpouring of support from the surrounding community through their participation,” said Dana Hutchinson, sales associate and organizer of the raffle. “Our office looks forward to continuing our partnership with this wonderful organization.”


The winners of the raffle are:

1st Prize – Dina Rapuanno, “Taste of the Town Basket” featuring gift certificates to five local restaurants and five bottles of wine
2nd Prize – Judy Brugger, 15” flat screen television and a DVD player
3rd Prize – John Williams, “Spa Basket” featuring three gift certificates for treatments at local spas
4th Prize – Lynn Dziadzio, 14-carat gold bracelet
5th Prize – Keith Allen, Westfield YMCA one-year Silver Membership Package
