Both Gati and Lang volunteer for local Princeton television station TV30, and have created a show to feature distinctive area homes. The program, “Interesting Homes of Princeton,” is produced by Gati and hosted by Lang. Each episode introduces a new and intriguing home to its viewers, and tells the tale of the house’s history and its owners.

Prudential New Jersey Properties Princeton Office and Local Swimmers Organize Benefit for The Sunshine Kids Efforts Covered by Local TV Station
PRINCETON, NJ (March 17, 2005) - Prudential New Jersey Properties’ Princeton office raised over $3,750 during a recent swim-a-thon held benefiting The Sunshine Kids, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children with cancer through positive group activities.
The “A Mile for a Smile” benefit, organized by Princeton office agents Karen Fagard and Ali VanCleef, is one component of Prudential New Jersey Properties’ ongoing company-wide initiative to support The Sunshine Kids through events organized by individual sales associates and offices.
The swim-a-thon, featuring more than 100 children from the X-Cel swim team, was held at the DeNunzio Pool at Princeton University. Each of the young swimmers raised money from sponsor’s pledges.
“It is great to see children reaching out to help children in need,“ says Gerri Grassi, Prudential New Jersey Properties Princeton office manager. “Their hard work will be a tremendous help to our fundraising efforts.”

Prudential New Jersey Properties Flemington Office to Hold Fundraiser for The Sunshine Kids
FLEMINGTON, NJ (March 7, 2005) - The Flemington office of Prudential New Jersey Properties is planning a garage sale to raise funds for The Sunshine Kids, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children with cancer through positive group activities. The garage sale is a part of Prudential New Jersey Properties’ company-wide initiative to support The Sunshine Kids Foundation through events organized by individual sales associates and offices.
The sale will take place at the Flemington office, located at 310 Walter E. Foran Boulevard, from Friday, April 15 through Sunday, April 17 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The items not sold at the sale will be given to a local charity
“Last year, our office raised more than $4,000 for The Sunshine Kids,” says Susan Young-Madsen, manager of the Prudential New Jersey Properties Flemington office. “This year our goal is to exceed that total.”

Prudential New Jersey Properties Duke Chung Achieves Broker’s License
EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ (March 1, 2005) - Prudential New Jersey Properties East Brunswick Office Sales Associate Duke Chung has attained the distinguished real estate broker’s license.

Prudential New Jersey Properties Union County Associates Named to NJAR 2004 Circle of Excellence
UNION COUNTY, NJ (March 1, 2005) - Prudential New Jersey Properties today announced its 13 Union County-based sales associates who were inducted into the New Jersey Association of Realtors’ 2004 Circle of Excellence. Combined, the company’s New Providence, Summit and Westfield offices had two Gold Level, four Silver Level and seven Bronze Level winners.
