Prudential New Jersey Properties Hunterdon County Associates Receive Top Awards

Prudential New Jersey Properties Offices Raise More than $70,000 for The Sunshine Kids
More Fundraising, including Golf Outing, Planned in 2005

SOMERSET, NJ (April 25, 2005) - Prudential New Jersey Properties raised more than $70,000 last year for The Sunshine Kids, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to helping children with cancer through events and positive group activities.

The 26 Prudential New Jersey Properties sales offices along with individual agents and staff members have been holding events to raise awareness and funds for the non-profit organization for three years now.

“From plant and jewelry sales, evenings at the theatre and local sporting events to the many 50/50 raffles and the donations from property closings, the success of this year’s overall fundraising efforts is due to the dedication that each manager, sales associate and staff member showed,” said Steve Cohen, the 2004 Prudential New Jersey Properties Sunshine Kids chairperson.

One of the many initiatives for the Sunshine Kids in 2005 is the Prudential New Jersey Properties / Sunshine Kids golf outing, which is planned for June 7 at The Stanton Ridge Golf Club in Whitehouse Station. Details and registration information is available at www.sunshinekidsgolf.com.

Realtor Honored with Golden Hammer Award for Donation

SOMERSET, NJ (April 12, 2005) - Residential real estate firm Prudential New Jersey Properties has announced that its third annual golf tournament benefiting The Sunshine Kids - a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children with cancer through positive group activities and events - is scheduled for Tuesday, June 7, 2005.

Former New Jersey Governor Christine Todd Whitman is among the special guest scheduled to attend.

Openings for golfers, as well as sponsorship opportunities, are available for the tournament, which will be held at Stanton Ridge Country Club in Whitehouse Station. The event will begin with registration at 11 a.m.; the tournament will start at 1 p.m. Lunch will be served before tee-off and the event will conclude in the evening with a reception, awards dinner and charity auction.

“The golf tournament continues to be a great opportunity to raise funds for this marvelous foundation,” says Chris Brown, co-president of Prudential New Jersey Properties. “Our associates have been tremendously supportive of our goals for The Sunshine Kids."

Sales Associates James Bryant and Courtney Orlando of the company’s Martinsville office, along with a team of Prudential New Jersey Properties volunteers, are again coordinating this year’s golf invitational. The event is one of many initiatives that Prudential New Jersey Properties offices and individuals are holding in to both raise awareness and funds for The Sunshine Kids.

The first two Prudential New Jersey Properties / Sunshine Kids golf tournaments, held in 2003 and 2004, raised a combined total of nearly $40,000 for the non-profit organization dedicated to helping children with cancer.

Corporate and hole sponsorships range from $250 to $5,000. Player entry is $295 per person, which includes meals, range balls, greens fees, cart, prizes and donation (this is a tax-deductible expense). The deadline for registrants and sponsors is May 15.
