Now might be the ideal time to buy your first home. The New Providence office of Prudential New Jersey Properties is holding a “First-Time Buyers Seminar” on Wednesday, May 16. Geared to first-time homebuyers and those with some real-estate experience, the seminar will feature valuable information on the entire home buying process.
Professionals from different sectors of the real estate industry will be speaking, including a local real estate attorney, a home inspector, a title insurance representative and a mortgage representative. Each speaker will discuss his or her role in the real estate transaction and how homeownership is possible with a little guidance and knowledge.

In his previous management post, he nearly doubled the size of his sales team, while increasing per agent production and overall office production. Under his direction, Halpern’s office rose to the top 20 percent of the company’s 1,000+ office network. Chris Brown Named Executive Vice President of Prudential New Jersey Properties
SOMERSET, NJ (April 3, 2007) - Prudential New Jersey Properties has announced the appointment of Christopher Brown, currently the company’s southern regional president, as executive vice president. Brown will now have a larger role in overseeing Prudential New Jersey Properties’ day-to-day operations, while also continuing to manage the southern region.
