Bowl-A-Thon Held by Prudential New Jersey Properties East Brunswick and Matawan Offices Benefits Sunshine Kids
EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ (May 10, 2005) - The East Brunswick and Matawan offices of Prudential New Jersey Properties recently held their second annual bowl-a-thon, raising funds for The Sunshine Kids, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children with cancer through positive group activities.
Organized by Prudential New Jersey Properties associate Nancy Lee, and Jeanine Angulo, administrative assistant of East Brunswick and Barbara Schaflin of Matawan, the bowl-a-thon took place at the Brunswick Zone Bowling Center in New Brunswick and is part of Prudential New Jersey Properties’ company-wide initiative to support The Sunshine Kids Foundation through events organized by individual sales associates and offices.
“This is the second year we have held the bowl-a-thon and we’re already looking forward to planning one for next year,” says Karen Pouliot, manager of the Prudential New Jersey Properties East Brunswick office. “It was a great evening of fun for a wonderful cause.”
With 37 associates and friends participating, more than $1,300 was raised by ticket sales, a silent auction and a 50/50 raffle.
