The New Providence Office of Prudential New Jersey Properties Sponsors a Local Baseball Game to Raise Money for the Sunshine Kids
NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ (May 17, 2006) – What can be better than attending a baseball game on a warm summer evening? Attending a baseball game on a warm summer evening and raising money for a worthy children’s cancer organization. The New Providence Office of Prudential New Jersey Properties has planned a night of fun, hot dogs and baseball to raise funds to support the Sunshine Kids.
On June 28 at 7 p.m., attendees will watch the Newark Bears take on the Long Island Ducks at the Bears and Eagles Riverfront Stadium in Newark. The ticket price is $9 and all proceeds will go to the Sunshine Kids. Children that attend the game will have the opportunity to participate in the "Field of Dreams" and take the field with the Newark Bears, standing side-by-side with the players during the National Anthem.
Dedicated to helping children with cancer, the Sunshine Kids is a non profit organization committed to providing positive group activities and emotional support for young cancer patients. It provides a variety of programs and events, free of charge, for children who are receiving cancer treatments in hospitals across North America.

Husband and Wife Team Receives Prudential New Jersey Properties’ Humanitarian of the Year Award

Committed to lifelong humanitarian acts, the couple has also served as foster parents, helped feed rescue workers following the 9/11 attacks, counseled and fed the homeless, and worked as youth group advisors.

Patricia Winters Joins the Ownership Team at Prudential New Jersey Properties
SOMERSET, NJ (May 18, 2006) – Prudential New Jersey Properties recently announced the appointment of Patricia Winters, the company’s chief financial officer, to its ownership team. The announcement was made by William O. Keleher, Jr., chairman and CEO, at the company’s annual awards program last month at the DoubleTree Hotel in Somerset.

A resident of Old Bridge, Winters joined Prudential New Jersey Realty of East Brunswick as comptroller in 1992. The event will begin with registration at 11 a.m. and the tournament will start at 1 p.m. Lunch will be served before tee-off and the event will conclude in the evening with a reception, awards dinner and charity auction.
Corporate sponsorships are on four different levels, ranging from $300 to $5,000. Hole sponsorships begin at $300. Player entry is $325 per person, which includes food, range balls, greens fees, cart, prizes and donation (this is a tax-deductible expense). The deadline for players and hole sponsors is June 1.
