Patricia Winters Named Senior Vice President of Prudential New Jersey Properties
SOMERSET, NJ (June 12, 2007) - Prudential New Jersey Properties has announced the appointment of Patricia Winters, currently the company’s vice president and chief financial officer, as senior vice president/CFO. Promoted in recognition of her achievements and her growing contribution to both the ownership and senior management teams, Winters will continue overseeing the finance and human resources departments.

A resident of Old Bridge, Winters joined Prudential New Jersey Realty of East Brunswick as comptroller in 1992. When Prudential New Jersey Properties was formed in December 2000 with the merger of Prudential New Jersey Realty, Prudential Pioneer Real Estate in the Martinsville section of Bridgewater, and Prudential Brown-Fowler of New Providence, she became the administrative manager for the home office and human resources manager for all of the company’s sales offices. Winters was appointed chief financial officer in 2001 and named to the ownership team in 2006.

Prudential New Jersey Properties’ Jody Berkowitz Named Humanitarian of the Year
SOMERSET, NJ (June 12, 2007) – Prudential New Jersey Properties recently honored Jody Berkowitz, a sales associate in the company’s Martinsville office, as the 2006 Humanitarian of the Year. Presented annually, the award recognizes individuals who commit an exceptional amount of time, effort or action to improving or enhancing the lives of others. The commitment is consistent, ongoing and a fundamental part of the individuals’ character.
“Jody is tirelessly committed to improving her community and helping those in need,” said William O. Berkowitz is actively involved with the Fresh Air Fund, an organization which provides free summer vacations for children living in disadvantaged communities throughout New York City. Serving as a host family, Berkowitz welcomes these children into her home for two weeks, while organizing various outdoor activities and nature trips for them to experience. A former co-chair for the fund, Berkowitz has been involved in the organization for more than six years. She is also involved in the Interfaith Hospitality Network, an organization which helps homeless families regain their independence.
A longtime resident of Hillsborough, Berkowitz comes from a strong business background, with 14 years in the mortgage business and a bachelor’s degree in business from Ramapo College. She is also a seasoned real estate professional, with 18 years in the industry—12 of those spent as a member of the Prudential New Jersey Properties’ award-winning Jannone Team. Her professional memberships include the New Jersey Association of Realtors®, the Garden State Multiple Listing Service and the Hunterdon/Somerset Association of Realtors®.
