Joe Franchi Named Manager of Prudential New Jersey Properties’ Matawan Office

Freehold Township Student Receives Scholarship from New Jersey Association of REALTORS®
MANALAPAN, NJ (July 11, 2005) - Freehold Township resident Karen Gaffey -- daughter of Sherry Gaffey, a sales associate in Prudential New Jersey Properties’ Manalapan office and a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtorsâ -- recently received a New Jersey Association of Realtorsâ (NJAR®) Educational Foundation award.
Gaffey accepted the award and a scholarship at the association’s annual luncheon honoring scholarship recipients. A recent graduate of the Freehold Borough High School, Gaffey will be studying business administration at Ramapo College in Mahwah beginning this fall.
Established in 1969, the NJAR® Educational Foundation promotes and assists in the education of students. NJAR® members and their family members are eligible for the awards. The scholarships are awarded to high school seniors who will be attending an undergraduate four-year institution, students currently enrolled in undergraduate four-year institutions and students pursuing graduate studies.
