Prudential New Jersey Properties’ Westfield Office Announces Partnership with Builder
WESTFIELD, NJ (August 17, 2006) - Prudential New Jersey Properties has announced a partnership between Patrick A. Manfra Jr. of Prudential New Jersey Properties’ Westfield office and builder Paul Gaglioti, president of RJG Properties.
Echo Lake Estates, a private 10-lot subdivision in Mountainside, offers homes that range in size from 4,500 to 5,000 square feet. Offered through StagedHomes.com, the educational program teaches associates how to implement highly successful home staging techniques when selling a home.
Using simple yet often overlooked enhancing techniques – such as removing clutter and altering furniture and room tones – home staging changes the entire feel and look of a home in order to appeal to a broader group of potential buyers. The two-day Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) real estate associate program by Stagedhomes.com teaches Prudential New Jersey Properties sales associates staging techniques, new marketing concepts and business planning skills, as well as giving them hands-on staging experience.
