Antiques and Jewelry Appraisal fundraiser to be held at Prudential New Jersey Properties’ Princeton location
Donations to benefit young cancer patients throughout North America
PRINCETON, NJ (August 26, 2008) – In the spirit of Antiques Road Show, Prudential New Jersey Properties will host a jewelry and antiques appraisal session on Sunday, Sept. 28 to benefit the Sunshine Kids Foundation – a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support for young North American cancer patients.
Held at the company’s 138 Nassau St. office in Princeton from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the event will feature Rosemarie Brusyo and Alicia Sukup – antique dealers and home liquidators of central New Jersey – and Bejeweled by Shari of New York City, who will appraise jewelry, furniture, and other household items for a minimum donation of five dollars. Short term parking is available for individuals who wish to drop-off items and pick up of larger items. In addition to the fundraiser, the office will also host a 50/50 raffle.
“Residents get the opportunity to find out the value of precious heirlooms and fine jewelry, while supporting the great work of the Sunshine Kids,” says Rhonda Molesphini, Princeton office associate and event chair. “Our office is excited to connect members of the community with this phenomenal organization.”

Prudential Value Range Marketing (PVRM) SM eliminates need for price reductions
NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ (August 19, 2008) – Union County residents now have access to Prudential New Jersey Properties latest innovation in real estate marketing.
This year, the company launched Prudential Value Range Marketing (PVRM) SM, an innovative new program that enables home sellers to list their property within a price range – as opposed to a fixed price – in multiple listing services, including the Garden State Multiple Listing Service. It has become a steady fixture in Prudential New Jersey Properties’ New Providence.
