Prudential New Jersey Properties New Providence Office Spreads Some Fall Fun for The Sunshine Kids
NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ (September 30, 2005) - The New Providence office of Prudential New Jersey Properties recently participated in the annual New Providence Street Fair and Child Safety Day by organizing a booth to raise funds for The Sunshine Kids, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children with cancer through positive group activities.
The fundraiser is a part of Prudential New Jersey Properties’ company-wide initiative to support The Sunshine Kids through events organized by individual sales associates and offices.
The New Providence office sales associates celebrated the fall season by providing pumpkins, temporary Halloween tattoos and Halloween bags for children in addition to magnets and key rings. In addition to accepting donations for The Sunshine Kids, the office also held silent auctions offering double night stays at The Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Times Square during the Thanksgiving and New Year's holidays to raise funds for the charity.

Record-breaking Summer Sales for Prudential New Jersey Properties
Sales Up 20% in Strong Market
SOMERSET, NJ (September 29, 2005) - Prudential New Jersey Properties today announced that it has recorded $763 million in sales volume for the months of June, July and August 2005, a 20% increase compared to the same period last year. Specifically, June sales increased by 12.5%, July sales grew 22.5%, and August sales rose a whopping 32.5%.
“This strong sales growth is attributable to our dynamic team of associates,” says William O. Keleher, Jr., Prudential New Jersey Properties’ chairman and CEO. “Each of our associates and managers is dedicated to fulfilling the needs of clients and staying focused on our mission to be the state’s premier provider of real estate services. And, this level of commitment yields significant results.”
In the month of August, Prudential New Jersey Properties also reached an all-time company record average sales price of $487,339. This represents a more than 23% increase over the average sales price achieved in August 2004.
On a year-to-date basis, the company’s average sales price in 2005 is running 14% above the level established in 2004.
“New Jersey’s real estate market has continued to exhibit incredible vitality,” says Keleher. “Since activity can slow down as the summer comes to an end, our success is even more notable.”
During each of the four full years since its establishment in December 2000, Prudential New Jersey Properties has seen total sales volume increase. For 2001, the overall figure was $1,568,406,182. Total sales volume grew to $1,791,051,103 in 2002, then climbed to $1,865,309,981 in 2003. Most recently, in 2004, Prudential New Jersey Properties exceeded the $2 billion mark with sales of $2,025,542,461.

Prudential New Jersey Properties Westfield Office to Hold Fundraiser for The Sunshine Kids
WESTFIELD, NJ (September 21, 2005) – The Westfield office of Prudential New Jersey Properties along with the Fanwood / Scotch Plains YMCA is sponsoring “Swim for the Cause,” a swim relay organized to raise funds for The Sunshine Kids, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children with cancer through positive group activities.
The fundraiser is a part of Prudential New Jersey Properties’ company-wide initiative to support The Sunshine Kids through events organized by individual sales associates and offices.
Members of the Fanwood Scotch Plains YMCA swim team will collect pledges, or flat donations, for each lap they swim. The event will be held at the Fanwood Scotch Plains area YMCA, located at 1340 Martine Avenue in Scotch Plains, on Sunday, September 25 from 3 to 6 p.m.

Prudential New Jersey Properties New Providence Office to Hold Fundraiser for The Sunshine Kids
NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ (September 12, 2005) - The New Providence office of Prudential New Jersey Properties will be taking part in the annual New Providence Street Fair and Child Safety Day by organizing a booth to raise funds for The Sunshine Kids, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children with cancer through positive group activities. The fundraiser is a part of Prudential New Jersey Properties’ company-wide initiative to support The Sunshine Kids through events organized by individual sales associates and offices.
The Prudential New Jersey Properties booth will be located outside the New Providence office, at 1260 Springfield Avenue, on Sunday, September 25 from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The street fair will offer horse and wagon rides, a petting zoo, pony rides, a moonwalk, child safety activities, vendors, music and food. The New Providence Office Sales Associates will be adding to the fun by giving away pumpkins, Halloween bags, magnets, key rings and temporary tattoos.
The booth will also feature three silent auctions to benefit The Sunshine Kids for the following prizes:
1. A two-night stay at the Courtyard by Marriott at Times Square for Thanksgiving.
2. A two-night stay at the Courtyard by Marriott at Times Square for New Year's Eve.
3. A two-night stay at the brand new Residence Inn at Times Square anytime between January and June 2006.
