Prudential New Jersey Properties to host 'Swim for the Cause’
Fund-raiser to benefit Sunshine Kids Foundation

SUMMIT, NJ (September 17, 2007) -- Prudential New Jersey Properties will host “Swim for the Cause” to benefit the Sunshine Kids Foundation, a non profit organization committed to providing support for young cancer patients across North America. The event will take place at 3 p.m. on October 6 at the Summit Area YMCA.

Swimmers will attempt to complete as many laps as possible in three hours in order to raise money for the organization. The goal is for each swimmer to bring in 10 pledges of $20 thus totaling $200 per participant.

“This is a great opportunity to get involved with an organization that brings support and fun activities to children with cancer,” said Kim Crites-Carloto, Prudential New Jersey Properties’ Summit office manager. “As real estate agents, we are always looking to bring a positive experience to our community.”

While the event is focused on raising money for the Sunshine Kids, participating swimmers will be rewarded with fun activities. Games, relays, event momentos, prizes and light refreshments are planned.

Each swimmer will receive a packet containing a solicitation letter, pledge forms, a donation envelope and tax acknowledgement receipts. Swimmers should solicit family, friends, neighbors and teachers to gain pledges.

Locally-recognized swimmers Megan Carloto, Zander Fife, Angelika Miles and Chris Dart were recently invited to join the Sunshine Kids on a cruise in recognition of their participation in last year’s swim-a-thon. All four teenagers will be donating their time to swim in this year’s benefit, which aims to raise $10,000 for the non-profit organization.

As the foundation of choice for Prudential New Jersey Properties affiliates nationwide, The Sunshine Kids organization received more than $2.3 million from fund-raising efforts throughout the affiliate network in 2006.

Interested participants, sponsors and donors should contact Diane Riley or Kim Crites-Carloto, Prudential New Jersey Properties, at 908.273.0400 or stop by the Summit office.

Resource Center for Adult Communities Opens at Prudential New Jersey Properties’ Hillsborough Office
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ (September 10, 2007) – Prudential New Jersey Properties’ Hillsborough office recently opened a free active adult community resource center to assist potential home buyers. It features a wealth of pertinent information, such as taxes, monthly maintenance fees, distances to nearby cities, local transportation, local medical facilities and more.

The center offers services not found with other local agencies. If a local senior citizen is unable to get to the center, a representative from the center can provide transportation. By offering information about adult communities in Hillsborough and surrounding areas, the center eliminates the need to travel to every adult community in the region. Senior specialists work with each buyer to discuss financial options and living situations.

“With so many senior specialists at the Hillsborough office and a large senior population in the area, it was only natural to create a resource center with information about adult communities,” said Estelle Julian, sales professional/broker and instructor specializing in working with senior customers.

Those interested in visiting the resource center can contact office manager Donna Perk at (908) 874-3400 or visit the center at the Hillsborough office, 408 Route 206 South, during normal business hours.

Prudential Introduces Exclusive Bonus Program for Real Estate Professionals
SOMERSET, NJ—September 5, 2007— Prudential New Jersey Properties, the state’s largest Prudential Real Estate Affiliate, recently introduced TeamBuilderSM—a bonus program exclusive to Prudential, designed to attract and retain the industry’s best professionals and provide long-term revenue opportunities for the company’s sales team.

“As we look to the future and new opportunities for growth, we realize that our existing sales associates play a key role in helping us hire new and seasoned sales professionals from the markets we serve,” noted Bill Keleher, chairman and CEO of Prudential New Jersey Properties. “Not only can they assist us in identifying quality, like-minded individuals interested in joining our team, but they also can receive substantial financial rewards for facilitating those hires.”

Having achieved success through both organic and acquisition-based growth, Prudential New Jersey Properties has always focused on the quality of their sales professionals, not the quantity, a critical point of difference emphasized by Keleher. “So much more than a recruitment tool, TeamBuilderSM is a culture-changing system designed to unify our entire company around growth and produce financial rewards in which all of us share. With TeamBuilderSM, our agents have a vested interested in choosing the caliber of the professionals who join our team, those who are proactive, successful and embrace our core values. Blending this philosophy with our values-based culture, the quality of our company, and the Prudential brand is an unbeatable combination, and a Prudential Real Estate exclusive.”

Prudential New Jersey Properties sales associates have the opportunity to earn bonus income for every new or experienced real estate professional hired as a result of their recommendations and the assistance they provide their managers in facilitating those hires. A short-term bonus is available to referring or “sponsoring” sales associates during their recruits’ first 12 months with the company. A long-term bonus is available to sponsoring agents for as long as they and their hired recruits are with the company. All bonus income applies to sales associates’ earnings levels for commission split determination.

For complete details on the TeamBuilderSM bonus program and what it can mean to your earnings potential as a real estate professional, contact a Prudential New Jersey Properties office manager today. For a directory of offices throughout northern and central New Jersey, visit the company online at www.PruNewJersey.com or call 1-800-526-3845.
