FOR THE TROOPS, FAMILIAR FACES VIA E-MAIL CALL

PARSIPPANY, NJ (December 11, 2007) – For soldiers serving overseas, as well as their families, many normally joyful occasions become rather lonely times. It’s never pleasant to miss children’s birthdays and graduations, or an entire holiday season.

Fortunately, Mushy Gushy can help.

A leader in “use your own head” Web technology, MushyGushy.com recently launched an e-greeting card specifically designed to reach U.S. military personnel stationed in foreign lands. This latest fully animated e-card features a character (the sender) flying in – and parachuting from – an airplane, then running through a desert to reach the tent of a relative / friend serving our country (to view a sample, visit http://www.mushygushy.com/B17KBH).

“For our family, the new Mushy Gushy card was an ideal way to communicate a message of love and support to my niece, who’s serving in Iraq,” explains Carmen Drew of Randolph, NJ. “The e-card is colorful and funny, but there’s no denying the heartfelt warmth that comes with it. Its message goes beyond what most people can express in a basic e-mail or letter.”

Via state-of-the-art graphics technology, users can upload pictures and easily crop faces to fit on animated figures. Mushy Gushy’s online “tool box” even makes it possible to rotate the picture and fine tune it, while also adjusting for skin tone. Users can even save their “head cases” for future use in other Gushy Gram e-cards.

“Mushy Gushy enables users to put a personalized spin on the average, everyday e-greeting card,” says Kurt Schwartz, founder of Mushy Gushy and president and CEO of Parsippany, NJ-based Success Communications Group. “This latest card should bring some well-deserved smiles to the brave men and women serving our country."

In addition to its soldier-themed e-card, the site features more that 100 other Gushy Grams, for a wide variety of different occasions. Mushy Gushy has even tapped into pop culture to offer its Dancing with the Stars and American Idol e-cards for fans of those popular primetime television programs.

Fans of the Website – dubbed Mushy Maniacs – can even request that their Gushy Gram be posted to Mushy Gushy’s YouTube channel. In addition, previews of new e-cards and exclusive announcements are sent to Mushy Maniacs through a monthly newsletter.
